No Knowledge API Plugin Available?

Hi, totally new to SNOW and just created a developer instance.  The video I'm following says I should see an option to install the 'Knowledge API' plugin, but I don't see anything like that listed when I do a search.  Is it not available under a developer instance?

Hi @ericsmi 

Knowledge API plugin is a store application and can't be installed on PDIs. You need to have a customer development instance to install it.
