No Line breaks between questions: Virtual agent

I have created a virtual agent topic. All working as expected. There is a observation I came across, 

the absence of a line between the random 2 questions.

This behavior is random. In some cases, the line appears, in others it disappears.
I have use dynamic choice list node for the questions to be listed.

For example, in attached question list there are 2 options continue or exit. the line between these 2 option some time disappears. In some cases, the line appears. This behavior is random and unusual.

Can we have solution for this kind or observation?
