No Submit Button in Catalog Item View

Hi Guys,

Need a Help!

We can submit Catalog Items from the service portal.

But unfortunately we cannot do it from the ITSM (Legacy) view as we don't have a submit button.

How can we enable this submit button on Legacy Service Catalog View.

Hello

On the native platform UI, as per the design there is 'Order Now' button for Service Catalogs. 'Submit' button is purely for Service Portal.

We also have the same proubem, i think it is designed that way.

Is there any other workaround for this?

Hi Sandaru,

1) Go to Maintain Items i,e the Catalog Item Table for your particular Catalog Item

2) Please pull these columns from the personalized gear 

No Cart, No Order, No order Now, No Proceed to checkout

3) Make sure all these are False.

Check if this resolves your problem.
