Not able fetch variable value to email client template to CC, TO fields

Hello Team,

Please find the details below,

I have one reference[cmdb_ci_web_site] variable on catalog form called "website" and i want set TO and CC in email client template but not populating.

I have tried the way : ${variables.website.owned_by.email}
