Not Able to Associate story to a demand from related list

From demand related list when I click on edit and trying to add the story after saving the changes are not getting refelected.
I have seen this issue in Xanadu upgrade, where as in yokohoma release the changes are working.
Can anyone know what is not working as expected in Xanadu release.

The issue of not being able to save changes when adding a story from a Demand related list after a ServiceNow upgrade to Xanadu (when it worked in Yokohama) commonly stems from customization conflicts with new Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features, outdated client scripts or business rules, or altered Access Control Lists (ACLs). Xanadu's platform changes can sometimes break existing configurations, especially if they were customized. It's crucial to check upgrade logs for skipped updates, compare customized files with OOB versions, debug browser console errors, and investigate security permissions to pinpoint the exact cause.
