I'm not able to check the status of tickets that have been opened for me by another user.
While impersonating another user (any user), I open the Portal and navigate to the "Test Catalog Item" .
In the form, I select myself in the Requested for field (not the impersonated user), submit the request, and then end impersonation.
When I go to My Requests on the Service Portal, I don't see the request I just submitted and its state field.
Is this the expected behavior?

I tested this in my PDI. I created a request from the Admin user and set Abel as the requester.
When I logged in as Abel, I was able to see the request in the ESC portal.
It might be a cache issue on your end. Please try clearing the cache or repeating the steps I followed to see if it resolves the issue.

Hi @Pratiksha KC
Not, it's not the expected behavior.
As per OOB configuration, the 'Requested For' user can view requests that were raised on their behalf by others under "My requests".
Please ensure that the backend name of the 'Requested For' variable is set to 'requested_for'.
Regards
Siva

Try repairing the Request Management plugin as well as the ESC Portal plugin.
