Not able to find Work order related Record producers in Servicenow

Hi All,

 

I've recently installed Field service management (FSM) plugin in my PDI. There are some OOB Record producers that got installed with the plugin.

But when i try to search the Work order record producers in the CSM/CSP portal, i am not able to find those record producers. 
1. Are there any additional plugin's that needs to be installed?
2. Is there another portal where we can raise work order requests?

Facilities Service Management is going to be deprecated so it doesn't surprise me if it isn't integrated into the newer portals and/or there is no Service Portal available with the plugin out-of-box. It has been in maintenance mode for a few releases now. You'll see in the release notes something like the following:
