not able to login to ServiceNow app store

hi 
I am not able to login to https://store.servicenow.com/store

after providing userID , it is redirecting to not authorize page. Please suggest.

Hi @Ujjwal1 

You can't log in to the ServiceNow Store using a personal ID. Your ID must be mapped to a partner or client account on the backend. Only then will you be able to log in. You can use your official ID, but not a personal one."

You can't log in to the Store unless you're a ServiceNow customer (or partner, etc.).

Hi @Ujjwal1,

 

The Store is not publicly available, your profile must be associated with any Company that has the access.

Ask your manager or dedicated person in your organisation.

 

And if it is Store, perhaps the platform owner might know or can do the purchase/activation in the Store themselves.
