Unable Login to service now store

I click on Login VIA single sign on. It gives me following error
- Log in with a different ID
- Log in once using your legacy Now Support credentials If you don't have a ServiceNow ID yet, you can log in with your legacy credentials one time, and we will create a ServiceNow ID on your behalf.
- Update the email address on your existing ServiceNow ID Use the same email address as your existing Now Support user account.
- Contact your organization's Customer Administrator Ask them to add your email address to your Now Support company account.
- Troubleshoot login issues
I try to log in with my main mail but it doesn’t allow me, since apparently I need to be a customer,
Does anyone know if there’s a way to log in with a email/developer account email? or how can I download the files to install them in my personal instance so I can learn about implementations?

As @imtiazpk82 says in the post, you can't log in to the Store unless you're a ServiceNow customer (or partner, etc.).
It's kind of a moot point anyway, because you can't install Store apps on a PDI.
