Not able to login using MFA

Hello All,

 

I have configured my Dev instance using MFA, but later since my phone was lost need to setup MFA in my new mobile.

 

I was able to setup the MFA in my new mobile but while providing the 6 digit passcode for logging in Dev instance, it is showing incorrect passcode. I have also tried to retrieve via mail id but no mail is delivered in my registered mail id.

 

your suggestions is appreciated.

Hi @shalinighos,

do you mean PDI? 

if so, navigate and log in to Developer site:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home

click Manage my instance and select Reset instance password:

If it’s not PDI, ask any of your colleagues to reset your access and if no colleague available then reach out to ServiceNow via Support Portal:

https://support.servicenow.com/now

PS: the Developer site has been redesigned today and my screenshot is from mobile but I believe you will find it on a computer as well.
