Not able to save case

I'm not able to save the case CSM. in browser console I'm getting below error the "saveRecord is not defined"

But I check the UI action for CMS table but "save" button was not updated for long time.

I am not a developer, but could you please try to repair the CSM plugin once?

Is this happening on all records and for all users?

Did you try to clear instance cache and logout and login again?

No, it is happening only for case created via one recently created record producer which has many variables.

But not able to figure it out what is the issue as it not giving any error while saving it from native UI.

what happens when you use new button? are you able to save

Seems the record which is opened via record producer has some script which is causing this

Are you able to see the Save button and when clicked it gives some error and nothing happens
