Not able to search Guest user in search for employee in hr case creation form?

Hi Experts,

I'm not able to search Guest user in search for employee fields in hr case creation ? can anyone provide solution how to fix this or if this issue is already raised..please refer the solutions.

@Nawal Kishor S2 Please check the following.

1. You guest user should have an HR Profile

2. Case creation configuration shouldn't have the condition to exclude the guest users

3. Check the reference qualifier on subject person and opened for field and see if any condition is excluding the guest users.

I have checked the above points and have't found any issue, issue is still exist.
