While Creating Assignment rule inside related list of Intake form in Practice Area of Legal Service Delivery the rule is created but i am not able to see it in the list below please suggest what needs to be done to enable dot walking while creating intake form. Please check the attachments below.
For this to appear in the related list the Category you select in the conditions for the assignment rule have to be the same as the intake form. Because the intake form is the category that the assignment rule is going to act upon. See images below:
