Not able to see count of surveys on portal

Can someone please share step by steps how to bring count of assigned surveys on portal.

Its showing 0 as count in "My Survey".

If I click on "My Survey" I can see survey assigned to user. I want to show the count of surveys assigned to user on portal it shows 0 currently.

Is there is ni Survey open for user it will show Zero.

There are surveys open, want to show to survey count on portal for the user. If I click on "My Survey" there I can see survey assigned to user. It just don't show count on portal
