Not able to see manage instance on servicenow developer portal

Everytime I go on to ServiceNow developer portal, not able to see manage instance section. and therefore not able to access the instance. everytime need to raise the request for new instance

could you provide a screenshot?

 

When you say you aren't able to manage it, is it 1) either greyed out like this:

or 2) not visible like this:

For 1) you are in the manage instance section already.

This URL: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance 

Navigate to: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do# and the button will become available.

 

For 2) unzoom or resize your browser window, the button is hidden under the chevron:

Last option is that you don't see that section because you currently don't have any PDI available (it is reclaimed after 10 days of inactivity).

PDIs are reclaimed after 10 days of inactivity, and then you will not see the " manage instance option.

Then, I need to open the instance to keep this active everytime within 10 days, right ?

Yes, at least log in every day — you might be able to create one or two records.
