Not able to select option in UI policy

Hello

I have created UI policy and I need to add 'is one of' condition its saving as its long a text.

I want this long text when user want to understand..

Can some one help me in this?

That's weird! The form must get saved. Alternatively did you try like the below? If not I would request to give it a try.


line_acc_unl_op is Single User,Single Server/Hostname


OR line_acc_unl_op is Single User,Multiple Server/Hostname

Hi Saranya,



I can understand that the variable 'lin_acc_unl_op' is a select box type (if I'm not wrong) variable which has those 4 choices available. And you have configured that if the user selects anyone of those 2 selected choices then the 'Requested by' will be mandatory.


I guess it should work accordingly. If not, could you please tell us your exact issue?

Yes you are right.


When lin_acc_unl_op is selected is one of Single User,Single Server/Hostname,Single User,Multiple Server/Hostname I want requested_by mandatory.




But when doing so its not getting saving...



here I am trying to save it

I think you are not selecting the options.


Hold Ctrl and Select multiple options, if it is selected then it will be highlighted.

I changed to sin_ser_sin_user and its getting saving.
