Not able to Translate the text present in HTML Widget

Hello 

I want to translate text present in HTML Widget. please find the attached image. The 'useful Articles' text coming from HTML Widget. I don't see any table prefix where translation record need to be created. In same image benefits is from different widget where i can see prefix. Any idea how can we translate text coming from HTML Widget?
