Not able to update closed_by field when sctask is closed complete in RITM and REQ table

Hi All, I got catch in Request closed_by field. The catalog item that contains workflow, that is updating closed_by field in RITM and REQ table properly when task is closed Complete/incomplete/skipped, but the catalog item that contain flow designer does not updating closed_by field in RITM and REQ table. I tried creating Business rule to update this field but I am failed to update it.  Can anyone check in PDI and share the solution.

Hi,

This is handled oob, Closed by is oob field and is populated by the system base don how/where the action was initiated. If I may ask, Why do you need to change that behavior?

You can change the flow to run as to suit your need
