Hi,
A user isn't able to right click on a table header and choose export - as its not available.
Is there a role or how is this configured to give some users more context menu options?

I found out more from the user and apparently it was only on a parent change record. A list of the child records cannot be exported as the same context menu doesn't appear above the list of child changes tab.
I've provided a workaround for this i..e filtering open changes by parent id. In this result the list export function is available.

Check your browser console and see if you are getting any Javascript error.

Hi Garry,
Go to System UI > UI Context menus.
Search for Export, open it. Check the condition field in it.
