Notification Delegation

Hi @everyone,

Currently, using out-of-the-box (OOB) features in ServiceNow, all notifications can be delegated to a user's delegate. However, based on our requirement, we only want to delegate specific notifications (around five or six) to the delegate user. Is this feasible? If so, how can we implement it?

When it comes to specific items, the out-of-the-box (OOTB) delegation doesn't work as expected—it’s either for all tasks or none.

To handle this with more control, you can explore the Granular Delegation module in ServiceNow, which allows you to apply delegation based on conditions.
