Notification does not send when the assignment rule is changed empty to assigned

Hi All,

 

I have notication for a custum application which is trigger by event . i wrote a business rule for it when the assignment group changes it sends the notifiaction but it is not sending when the assignment rule is assigned from empty.

Can you please help on this.I have attached the screenshot of business rule when to run condition.

Update it to 'assignement rule changes and assignment rule is not empty or assignement group changes'.

I have checked the condition, but it's still not working which you have provided. Additionally, when the user clicks the 'reprocess assignment' UI button after creating a new assignment, the system is not triggering the event, and the business rule condition is not working as expected
