Notification - Email Script for Additional Comments

Hello,
Below is an example of a notification where a user approves the case and adds approval comments. These are then added as Additonal Comments as a journal entry. I added the Additional Comments variable in the notification and then updated the label to "Approval Comments:" as shown in the 2nd screen shot.
Is there some sort of script that can be used to at least remove the verbiage circled in purpled shown on the first screen shot. I have tried variations with no luck of even getting the comments to show. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Annette Kitzmil,
I don't think, we can change/or/hide this label here, because this information is coming from audit table recorded as same label name.
The RDEP record table has this "Additional Comment" journal field, if you check the RDEP record activity log, this label will visible there also.
