Notification in Service Portal

I want to add a notification icon in my service portal header to show the real time notifications, is there any way i could implement this

Thanks for the response @Dr Atul G- LNG , i am able to render notification icon in the header, but not able to show the real time notification, can you please let me know is there any script or page that shows notifcations upon clicking bell icon.
