The log where the e-mail was sent is confirmed.
However, it was not sent to my Outlook email. How can I send it?

Yes @BoHyun Jung ,
That part should be empty in order to receive emails. As I don't have visibility to your instance can u check in test if that part is empty or not. If its empty then issue can be something else.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi @BoHyun Jung ,
Is this a production or a non production environment?
If it's non prod ,generally the email properties are deactivated so that it does not populate with unnecessary emails in client mailbox.
If it's prod can u check the email logs open that record scroll to the bottom n share a snip plz as to wht it says.
Thanks,
Danish

We have three instance:
prod - It's an instance that the customer uses.
uat - It's an instance to test what I developed.
dev - It's an instance for development.
Prod and dev have been sending emails continuously, but uat hasn't been going out at some point.

Prod is sending emails to users even if that part is empty. So I don't think that's the problem.
