Notification is not sent to my email.

The log where the e-mail was sent is confirmed.

However, it was not sent to my Outlook email. How can I send it?

Yes @BoHyun Jung ,

 

That part should be empty in order to receive emails. As I don't have visibility to your instance can u check in test if that part is empty or not. If its empty then issue can be something else.

The email was not sent to the users because that part was not empty.

If you navigate to email diagnostics, what does that show? Also do you have an override email address set (system property: glide.email.test.user)?
