Notification is not trigger on case table

Hi All,

On insertion of a new case on "sn_customerservice_case" table, a notification will be triggered, but this is not working from past 4 days. We even tried creating a new notification but it is also not triggering. This issue is only on case table. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Note: No conditions, update false; sending it to a group.

This issue was resolved, it was due to "setWorkflow" in a business rule.

Can you please elaborate on the solution?  I am facing the same issue in Case assigned notification
