Notification is not triggering when Indicator task is created

Hi Team,
Recently, Indicator task assignee not getting notification. In notifications versions I found some history not sure what is it, but notification not trigger after that(30-05)

It seems OOB notification is customised.

Is the notification working in lower instances (can trigger and check from email log.

Check if notification enabled for that particular user 

Also notification logs may give more insights.

In lower instance also it's not working, And check notification is enable to that user, actually it's not related to particular user no assignee receive that.
