Notification issue 1

Hi Team , 

 

There was an weird behavior in notification  

 

Below is the email configuration .

I have created an incident and assigned to this below group , please refer screenshot

checked email logs

In that group 12 members are there and group also having valid email ID .

email not recevied to the DL

Group mail Id also working fyn , we have tested on outlook , those 12 members recevied mail from Outlook , 

 

But from Servicenow why this happening ,

 

Can anyone please help me here , what mistake we have done here , can anyone please help me here with steps .

 

Please provide screesnhot for better understanding

 

NOTE - Group members are also true .

Hi @nameisnani 

 

In Now learning /LAB Instances there is no Email account has been configure and even we cant configure email account is same. So no email activity will happen.

 Don't put much time on this as, it is not achievable in Now Learning Instance.
