notification issue

HI Team 

 

Please help me here , 

 

for a particular catalog item , when line manager approves the request , then email should trigger to the specific group .

why two times email triggered

If i change to [ instered and updated ] also , duplicate emails are triggering .,

How to fix this issue . what changes should i do in the notification please help me

@nameisnani keep it as updated.

 

As the record is just updating when the manager is approving. It will work.

Hi @nameisnani ,

 

Please open both the emails and check the below to identify whether they are from same notification or different:

If both of them are showing same name, which means that they are originating from same notification. So, you have to modify the 'when to run' condition for the 'stage' filter as below:

 yes both are same notification

Please update the condition, your conditions are matching twice resulting it trigger 2 times.

 Update it with 'stage changes to fulfillment' rather than 'stage is fulfillment'.

Hopefully, before approval stage is not fulfillment.
