notification issue

HI Team 

 

Please help me here , 

 

for a particular catalog item , when line manager approves the request , then email should trigger to the specific group .

why two times email triggered

If i change to [ instered and updated ] also , duplicate emails are triggering .,

How to fix this issue . what changes should i do in the notification please help me

@nameisnani keep it as updated.

 

As the record is just updating when the manager is approving. It will work.

Hi @nameisnani 

You just need to small change in your notification conditions:

Update 'stage is fulfillment' -> with 'stage changes to fulfillment' 

 

I hope this helps you to resolve your issue.

I have done testing , no email was triggered .

Could you please share the screenshot of your RITM before approval and after approval (include the stage part)?
