Hi, I have a quick, random question. When I'm testing notifications, I can see in the Sent module that the notification has been sent, but I'm curious as to why the email isn't actually appearing in the intended email inbox?

HI @tinndizz
Are you checking in PDI? If yes then it will not go in mail box.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@tinndizz Check if the Email Sent/Receive is enabled on your instance. Also check if the Emails accounts are correctly configured on your instance.

if this is for your PDI then email sending is disabled and you cannot test it.
If this is for your customer instance then please check with the mailbox team if the email actually received with them
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
