notification

Hi. i have to trigger a  reopen notification when state changes from resolved to open state. 

how can i do it? from BR or flow designer.

for this you neither need a business rule nor a Flow as you can configure the scenario with condition builder in table sysevent_email_action

Why do you want to do with BR or Flow, use OOTB and 

in notifications

put conditions like

and then select the required states you want.
