HI Team 

 

Please help me here , 

 

for a particular catalog item , when line manager approves the request , then email should trigger to the specific users .

I have configured notification like this

while doing testing , whenever line manager approves the request , and stage also changes to fulfillment , no email is triggered .

 

can any one please me here , what was the error and mistake i made .

I am not using any event , 

@nameisnani Are the users "Active" and do you see any email logs when the record is updated (search using the subject or created on)?

Yes users are active , i have checked logs also, 

@nameisnani That's great! Lets troubleshoot more, 

 

If the email log is showing up on the instance, then the notification is executed with "sent-ready" type?

 

Under Email properties in non-production instance, to which email is it routed and is the email sending enabled?

Additionally, if the above test email is empty. Does the user records hold valid email address?
