HI Team 

 

Please help me here , 

 

for a particular catalog item , when line manager approves the request , then email should trigger to the specific users .

I have configured notification like this

while doing testing , whenever line manager approves the request , and stage also changes to fulfillment , no email is triggered .

 

can any one please me here , what was the error and mistake i made .

did you try putting system admin in the users list and see if email triggers?
