Notifications for requested item (sc_req_item) are not sent

I have a question about  requested item (sc_req_item)  notifications!

I expanded a notification and created it with the reference to a requested item (sc_req_item), but even though the conditions for sending were met, the notification was not sent. Notifications for incidents, etc. work, but only requested item (sc_req_item) do not. Please tell me the reason. Thank you!

Please check whether your notification is active. After that please in who will receive section, the user and group are active. Also please try to apply condition as state changes to work in progress. Hope this will help you.
