Notifications via MS teams integration is not being received for few users, we are getting Unable to send notification to recipient : sys_user:f8ed65509392395867f8382d6cba105b: class org.json.JSONArray cannot be cast to class java.util.ArrayList
Description: We have an active integration with MS teams and our instance. We have enabled notification and actionable notification in the same in our test instance and testing using service account and one user id was successful but when the testing was enabled to few more users we are seeing an error in the logs and the notification is not being sent error message:"Unable to send notification to recipient : sys_user:f8ed65509392395867f8382d6cba105b: class org.json.JSONArray cannot be cast to class java.util.ArrayList (org.json.JSONArray is in unnamed module of loader".
Even raised a case with servicenow team still no luck here. Kindly help me with your support.
