Notify Change Calendar notification

Dear All,

I'm using Notify Change Calendar notification option and its working fine but my client also expecting that ChangeManagaement@company ID needing to be created and all changes populating against that one Change calendar that each individual who has access can see.   Each user can then add that shared calendar within Outlook to view the Change Management Calendar.

Assuming ALL changes can be copied to display against a mailbox ID, this should be possible?

Change request notification will stored automatically in new folder first time in outlook calendar.

Hello All,


Pls help me on below requirement



  1. All APPROVED Change Requests to create an entry in an Outlook Calendar (I assume this may possibly be as a meeting invite — received into Change Management Mailbox)
  2. A single Change Calendar will show
    1. All Change Requests
    2. Date/Time of Change
    3. Type of Change
  3. A Mailbox (Shared Calendar) can be added by each/ALL IT
  4. All or ANY IT DO NOT want to receive notifications for each Change Request entry or change to (only Change Manager will receive these).
  5. From Calendar, it is a 'view only' of each entry.   If possible, it would be useful to include a link for each change

Justification:


  1. Outlook provides a User Friendly Calendar Display which users like and are very comfortable/experienced with
  2. Outlook is customisable
  3. All non-IT users could potentially see/ADD the calendar without a need for Service Now licensing.
