I am having trouble with the enhance chat search. When I search for (example 'help with 401k') I get nothing back:
I have config the AI search on the applications that points to the ESC portal:
When I go to test the search profile it is able to search for it:
So I don't know why when I try it on the portal it is not working. Am I missing a step somewhere?
