Now Assist "Incident Summarization" in Service Operations Workspace - NOT WORKING?

Hi guys

i have a short question, and hopes someone is facing the same issue: 

--first Xanadu, now Yokohama - patch1 - Plugin: Now Assist for ITSM

 

First everything works fine.

But now: Some function are not working correctly in the "Service Operations Workspace".

 

So we impersonate as Beth Anglin, and opens a Incident in SOW (PS: deafult lists is also not loading but thats secondary).  Then we click on the UI Button "Incident summarization" in SOW - but its loading forever and nothing happens.  The same function on the normal incident form is working fine. Only in the SOW we have problems. 

 

And yes: SOW Plugin is upgraded to newest version + repaired.

same for Now assist for ITSM. no change. 

 

Do you have any ideas?

Hi @nikkii 

A simple and effective solution would be to log a Now Support case. Yokohama Patch 1 has just been released, so it might take some time for others to resolve quickly. Since it's OOTB, logging a case is the best option."
