I need some help with this. I'm creating a skill which needs to read word doc (docx) from a record and I need to format that content. To read the document, I'm using a tool inside the skill called Document Intelligence with the Action set as "Ask a question". For my use case this is the best approach as the document is 10-15 pages and i need all the text, not just a few fields.
My problem is that sometimes this works sometimes this doesn't. Yesterday it was able to pull the context from the attached record and I ran over 10 tests, all worked fine. Today, I had one successful test, and then now when I run a test, it produces nothing, no errors or anything, just the empty skeleton from the prompt, but not returning or showing any information from the Document Intelligence Tool.
I was wondering if there is a fix to this inconsistency I'm facing with the tool document intelligence for the action ask a question. When this works its great, but I cant seem to rely on its consistency. Or if there is a better way to pull all information from a word doc on that's attached to a record.
