Hi
if we search for anything in va which is having now assist enabled so it fetches information from kb and catalogs according to user prompt so after showing the fetched result can we configure to display message like did the fetched results are helpful?
can we do this if yes how we can

Hi @Vedavalli,
currently VA doesn't support the Agentic workflows, so it must be all done within an AI Agent.
We have it included in the response, I just anonymised it but when you click the first link it will continue to create an incident, if the other it will redirect to a live agent:
It must be done with a single AI Agent and combining the tools (for example to Retrieve article, Fetch details, Categorise, etc.). I cannot share more details with you but that would be the way to go if you want to get something similar.
As the Agentic workflow is not supported, it must be done in a single Agent which makes it a little less nice to use 😞
