Now assist VA if we are having issue if we ask VA from the KB article it's generating answer for our question. Is there a way if there is file attached in the attachments of KB article can AI is able to read what is in the attachment document and can answer questions?

It's not possible, mate. We need to understand that it's a system, and we need to guide our system on how to work. So, if the attachment is there, the system should have the logic to understand that and provide us with the results. Hope I’ve cleared the doubt.
