NULL displaying on Incident list view for caller_id when first name is blank

Hi:
NULL is displaying on Incident list view for caller_id when first name is blank:

and it only happens in prod instance. 
Any thought on how to eliminate the NULL and just display last name if first name is blank?

Without details on how your custom field is defined, we will only be guessing on how address your problem.

@ritaaudi ,

Service Now automatically manages this,  if the first name is empty, only the last name is displayed. How are you currently populating the user data?

Additionally you can try to enforce showing only the last name when the first name is blank, you can create a Display Business Rule that ensures only the last name is shown in such cases.
