We have an issue where older KA versions are moving to retired but not Outdated. The result is if I try to republish the most recent retired version, there is no Edit/checkout button.
@Sheri Weber Check the Scheduled job/workflow which moves the articles to Outdated state and see if there are any issues in them. If there is no such scheduled job/workflow then create one. Write a fix/background script to change the state of existing records to Outdated.
