So I am looking at an Order Guide in an old instance running on the old SC Order Guide Deprecated widget. Everything is working fine and yes I know there is a new widget, but a lot of things would have to be rebuilt in order to make this process work in the new widget.
In the Service Portal, I just want to redirect the old widget when Submit is clicked to the REQ page like when a normal cat item is submitted. Currently when you click Submit in the Order Guide, it says "Submitted" on the button, all the fields become read only, and an infomessage shows at the top of the Service Portal that it was submitted. It also shows under My Request or Open Request in the Service Portal correctly. But how can I redirect it to go to the REQ page for the order guide?
I tried something simple with a Business Rule and gs.setRedirect with the correct URL of the REQ and nothing happens when you click submit (even though logs show I have the correct url).
How can I easily have the order guide redirect to the REQ page once submitted on the old widget? Yes I know the new widget is there and yes I know it redirects to the REQ, but I need to know how to do it on the old widget.
