Older version of flow getting attached/triggered

Hi,

 

We are modifying an existing flow , activating/publishing afterwards. But even after couple of days the old version of flow itself is getting attached. Tried clearing the cache as well, but no help.

Could you please tell me if anyone has come across the issue, if any remediations please?

Could you please try implementing a new flow from scratch and verify the outcome?

Ideally, this issue should not occur.
Also, please deactivate the old flow.

Hi Tanu,

 

May be creating the new flow would be our last option, we are trying to findout why the changed flow is not getting tagged. 

On version, do you know the old versioned flow will reside?
