OMT Service Order Fulfilment Policy Decision Table : Flow is not able to trigger

Hi, 

 

Have defined subflow and made entry in Service Order Fulfilment Policy Decision Table with CFS specification category and Add action.

 

When i fired TMF 622, customer ,product and service orders are generated. But workflow is not triggered for service order.

 

Anyone faced similar issue? Or any clue on what can be the issue here?
