Hi Community,
Where can i change the configuration of below On-call Escalation Card.
1. When Incident is assigned to someone in the team other than primary & secondary, it is still showing unacknowledged.
2. When Incident is assigned to primary & secondary, It is showing accepted and assignee's name but still showing my mangers image instead of assignee's image.
