Dear community, I need help:
We are implementing On-Call Scheduling in ServiceNow, I need to know what I need to do or configure so that a person can be contacted by the system through Teams. I have done the tests and it is supposed that when the user is on shift the system can contact the user through Teams, but so far I have not achieved this.
Can you help me?
