I appreciate any help/direction I can get on this question.
I am creating a new shift for an On-Call group (This is the weekend shift) Unfortunately, we can only named the vendor's name and phone number on the shift name but no members will go on the group selection or escalation. Will the name with the phone number information show on the shift card when this shift is active? For some reason, I am only seeing the assignment group on the shift card when it is the time to display the information for this new shift.
